Common answers before you order

Everything here is ready to help with ordering, fulfillment, materials, local pickup, and what to do if something needs attention after delivery.

How long does shipping take after I place my order?

Once you check out, we print and inspect every item before it ships. Most stocked items go out within 1–2 business days, and print-on-demand items in 3–5 days. From there USPS Ground Advantage usually delivers in 3–5 days; UPS Ground is similar. You'll get a tracking email the moment the label is scanned.

What materials do you print in, and which should I choose?

Everything we sell is printed in PLA by default — it's strong, dimensionally stable, and great for everyday indoor use. Some products are available in PETG (more heat- and impact-resistant, better for items that live in a car or near a window) — when that's an option you'll see it in the Material picker on the product page.

Can I customize a color or design that's not listed?

Yes — if you don't see the exact color or option you want, send us a note from the contact page with the product name and what you're looking for. We can usually quote a custom run within a day. Single-piece custom orders typically start around $5 over the listed price.

Do you offer local pickup, and where?

We do, for orders placed through our Local Shop section. Pickup is at our workshop and the exact address + hours are sent to you in the order confirmation email. Local pickup orders skip shipping fees entirely.

What if my item breaks or arrives damaged?

We back every print with a 30-day quality guarantee. If anything cracks, warps, or shows up damaged in transit, message us with a photo through the order page or contact form and we'll reprint and reship at no cost. No need to send the original back.

Are these prints safe to use with food or water?

Our standard PLA prints are not food-safe — the layer lines trap bacteria and most filaments aren't FDA-certified. We don't recommend using any product for direct food or beverage contact unless the listing explicitly says so. Decorative use, cable management, organizers, and similar are all great fits.

How accurate are the dimensions listed on each product?

Every product page lists the actual printed dimensions to the nearest tenth of an inch. Layer height is 0.20 mm and tolerance is typically ±0.3 mm — tight enough that snap-fit pieces work as designed. If you need a custom size for a specific fit, mention it when ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship inside the contiguous 48 U.S. states only — we don't yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses. We're working on expanding; sign up to our newsletter to hear when we add a new region.

Can I add extras to an order after I've checked out?

Unfortunately no — once payment goes through and the shipping label prints, the order is locked in. Easiest path is to place a second small order; if both ship within the same day we'll usually combine them in one box and refund the duplicate shipping cost.

How do I track my package once it ships?

You'll get an email with the tracking number the moment the shipping label is scanned by the carrier. You can also visit /track on the site, enter your order number and email, and see live tracking, the carrier, and the estimated delivery date.
